WeAllCount is a single day, county-wide Point In Time homeless census to better understand the population of unhoused individuals living in San Diego County. In coordination with the San Diego County Regional Task Force on Homelessness (RTFH), we will be recording locations of camps and people observed along the riverbed, as well as conducting interviews with people we come across using the RTFH online survey in exchange for a gift (usually socks and a gift card).
This event will take place on January 29th from 6am-9am at different meeting locations along the San Diego Riverbed. This page is to sign up for the Santee East meeting location. If you would like to sign up for another location, go to one of these pages
