Join us at Boulder Creek Preserve to help remove non-native weeds in our pollinator habitat restoration area for World Rivers Day! World Rivers Day is a celebration of the world's waterways, and this year, we are focusing on San Diego's Boulder Creek, which originates at Lake Cuyamaca and flows into the San Diego River.
Together, we will work on removing non-native weeds within our fenced restoration area to encourage the growth of native plants and their recruitment. Come witness what we can achieve together! The preserve is approximately a 1.5-hour drive from downtown San Diego.
