Please note that this event may shift to Thursday, the 28th, depending on the work completed in previous weeks.
We are getting ready for the invasive removal season along El Capitan Reservoir. Please join us in helping remove non-native invasive species from the San Diego Watershed. We will work in teams to remove and treat Salt Cedar (Tamarisk). This is a significant effort, and any support you can provide is much appreciated. Many hands make light work!
What to expect: We will get dirty. Please wear a hat and sunscreen, long sleeves, long pants, and sturdy closed-toed shoes. All tools will be provided. If you prefer your own gloves or safety glasses, please bring them. Also, bring plenty of drinking water and snacks or lunch.
