Would you like to share your outdoor knowledge and/or education? Want to inspire the next generation of youth to become scientists? Join our Education Program for one of our largest youth education opportunities of the year at the 2025 Festival of Science & Engineering at Petco Park on Saturday, March 1st, from 10:00am - 5:00pm. We are looking for volunteers to join us for part of the day to help our Education Program to help run exciting crafts and education activities at our booth.
If you don't have a lot of San Diego River knowledge, we still need your help! Volunteering can be as simple as staying with the tent and guarding belongings, or assisting with educational activities (training provided).
We are looking for volunteers to join us in shifts if unable to stay all day:
Shift 1: 9:00am - 1:30pm
Shift 2: 1:30pm - 6:00pm
